馬來西亞我的第二家園 (MM2H) 計劃是馬來西亞政府發起的一項計劃，旨在吸引並允許符合一定條件的外國人通過十年期可更新的多次入境簽證獲得在馬來西亞停留的時間盡可能長。它向與馬來西亞建交的所有外國人開放，無論其種族，宗教，性別或年齡如何。
Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia to attract and allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a 10-year renewable Social Visit Pass with Multiple-Entry Visa. It is open to all foreigners from countries that have diplomatic relations with Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age.
鼓勵措施 Incentives
MM2H Visa
參與者將獲得具有多次入境簽證的10年社會訪問通行證，並且可以續簽（適用條款和條件）。
Participant will be awarded a 10 year Social Visit Pass with Multiple-Entry Visa and it is renewable (terms and conditions applied).
家庭成員同行 Dependents
參與者可以帶配偶、未滿21歲的未婚子女以及父母或岳父母．
Participant may bring along spouse, unmarried children below 21 years old and parents or parents–in–law.
允許讀書 Permission to Study
18歲以下的受撫養人（兒童）可以在馬來西亞讀書（適用條款和條件）。
Dependent (children) aged below 18 years old are permitted to study in Malaysia (terms and conditions applied).
允許兼職工作
年齡在50歲以上的參與者可以在關鍵行業每週工作20個小時（適用條款和條件）。
Participant aged 50 years old and above are permitted to work 20 hours per week in critical sectors (terms and conditions applied).
家務助理 Domestic Helper
參與者可以從允許的來歷國家僱用1名外籍家庭傭工。
Participant may employ one (1) Foreign Domestic Helper from allowed source countries.
國外免稅收入 Tax Free Income from Abroad
參與者的離岸投資所產生的收入無需徵稅（適用條款）。
The earning from the participant’s offshore investment is not taxable (terms and conditions applied).
住宅物業 Residential Property
參與者可以在馬來西亞購買任何數量的住宅物業，但要遵守不同州為外國人規定的最低價格。
Participant may purchase any number of residential properties in Malaysia, subject to the minimum price established for foreigners by the different states.
投資機會 Investment Opportunity
參與者可以在馬來西亞投資，但要遵守馬來西亞投資發展局 (MIDA) 制定的條款和條件。
Participant can invest in Malaysia subject to the terms and conditions set by Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

Malaysia, known for its affordable high quality standard of living and thriving economy, is one of the Southeast Asia’s most vibrant economies due to its continued industrial growth and political stability over the past few decades. The country also offers perfect combinations on the elements that foreigners look for including the tropical climate, continental foods, islands and beaches, historical places and many more. With so much to enjoy and explore in Malaysia, the Government of Malaysia has launched the Malaysia My Second Home Programme in 2002 to allow foreigners who meet the criteria to stay in Malaysia for a long period of time. Those who fulfill the criteria of the Programme will be offered a renewable 10 years multiple entry social visit pass.
